SOLARIS PAPER JOINS BOMA INTERNATIONAL’S PREMIER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

(WASHINGTON, D.C.—December 9, 2022) A California-based paper manufacturing company has joined the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International’s Partnership Program as an Ambassador Partner. As a partner at any one of four participation levels in the program, companies pledge to support BOMA’s critical work in advocacy, education and research.

“It’s my pleasure to welcome Solaris Paper to the BOMA International Partnership Program,” said BOMA International Chair Randal L. Froebelius, BOMA Fellow, P.Eng. “BOMA is excited about this growing program, and we look forward to partnering with this leading-edge company on programs and resources that will help our members thrive.”

Solaris Paper is a North American towel and tissue manufacturer focused on the retail and away-from-home markets. Its term begins on Jan. 1, 2023.

“Solaris is pleased to join BOMA International to offer its products and solutions through the BOMA community working with our distribution partners nationally,” said Bill Cates, the company’s central region director. “Our goal is to help property managers enhance tenant satisfaction with quality products and cost-saving solutions.”

Mr. Cates has an extensive background with BOMA during the past 25 years, including a recent term on the BOMA Executive Committee.

BOMA International’s Partnership Program, created in 2004, allows companies to invest in their own success, as well as that of the commercial real estate industry more broadly.

With four participation levels—Cornerstone Partner, Leadership Circle Partner, Supporting Partner and Ambassador Partner—the Partnership Program demonstrates the commitment of leading organizations to support BOMA International with the resources to advance its various initiatives that benefit the entire commercial real estate industry.
