When Bradley Borowiec of Zeller Realty Group and general manager of Chicago’s Wrigley Building was tasked with preserving the spirit of the century-old property while implementing a state-of-the art renovation, he and his management team turned to the BOMA 360 Performance Program. Now, this much-loved landmark not only claims a BOMA 360 designation, but also took the 2017 TOBY Award in the Historical Building category.
