FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

BLUSKY RESTORATION CONTRACTORS AND UL JOIN BOMA INTERNATIONAL AS LEADERSHIP CIRCLE PARTNERS

(WASHINGTON, D.C.–March 30, 2021) BluSky Restoration Contractors and UL announced that they have joined the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International’s Partnership Program as Leadership Circle Partners. As partners, the companies pledge to support BOMA's critical work in advocacy, education and research.

BOMA International’s Partnership Program, developed in 2004, allows companies to invest in their own success, as well as that of the commercial real estate industry more broadly. With four levels of participation—Cornerstone Partner, Leadership Circle Partner, Supporting Partner and Ambassador Partner—the program demonstrates the commitment of leading organizations to support BOMA International with the resources to advance its various initiatives that benefit the entire commercial real estate industry.

“We are very excited to welcome BluSky Restoration Contractors and UL to the BOMA International Partnership Program,” said BOMA International Chair Shelby Christensen, LEED Green Associate. “With the knowledge, thought leadership and expertise these companies bring to the industry, we are confident they will serve as valuable resources to our members.”

“We value our long-standing relationship with BOMA International, and we wholeheartedly support its mission,” said Kent Stemper, chief executive officer of BluSky Restoration Contractors. “We look forward to participating as a Leadership Circle Partner and supporting the commercial real estate industry not just following a property disaster, but also by sharing our industry expertise with BOMA members to help them be better prepared before an emergency strikes.”

“As the global safety science leader, UL works to help building owners and managers make better informed investment decisions, improve tenant satisfaction, communicate building health and increase asset value,” said Sean McCrady, director of Asset and Sustainability Performance, Real Estate Properties at UL. “We are thrilled to become a Leadership Circle Partner and serve as a resource for BOMA members to help them enhance the safety of their buildings.”
