BOMA International Elects 2019-2021 Executive Committee Members

(WASHINGTON, D.C.—July 10, 2019) The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International elected six Executive Committee members at the 2019 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Salt Lake City in late June.

BOMA International’s Executive Committee is responsible for developing the strategic direction and policies for the association. Executive Committee members work with BOMA International officers and executive staff to maximize the effectiveness of BOMA International, while ensuring resources are available to achieve its goals. Executive Committee members serve a minimum term of two years.

The Board of Governors of BOMA International elected the following individuals to the Executive Committee:

  • Gregory C. Grainger, BOMA Fellow, CCIM, CPM, RPA, President, Younger Partners Property Services, BOMA/Dallas
  • Manuel Moreno, Property Experience Manager, Next Play Consulting, LLC, BOMA/Oakland-East Bay
  • Sandrena Robinson, LEED GA, General Manager, LBA Realty, BOMA/Denver Metro (Second term)
  • Robert M. Six, Principal and Chief Operating Officer, Zeller Realty Group, BOMA/Chicago
  • Luci Smith, FMA, RPA, General Manager, CBRE, BOMA/Orlando (Second term)
  • Keri Taylor, Sales Director for Commercial Real Estate, Trane, BOMA/Indianapolis (Associate Member, second term)

Greg Grainger is president of Younger Partners Property Services, a real estate boutique providing investment, leasing and management services to investors and tenants of office, industrial and retail properties in the north Texas region. In his 32 years of commercial real estate experience, Grainger has managed more than 50 million square feet. He is an active BOMA member at both the local and regional level, serving as president of BOMA/Dallas in 2009 and chair of the BOMA Southwest Region in 2012. Grainger’s passion for education has led him to chair the BOMA/Dallas Education Committee and most recently chair the board of trustees for BOMI International, where his efforts have helped facilitate the new BOMA/BOMI education initiative and the launch of the CMCP certification.

As property experience manager for Next Play Consulting, Manny Moreno manages a 25-building portfolio totaling more than 560,000 square feet. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, Moreno is responsible for exploring innovative solutions to enhance the property experience. He is the current president of the BOMA Pacific Southwest Region and vice chair of BOMA International’s BOMAPAC Council. Moreno has been an active member on the BOMA California Board of Directors for almost a decade and also is involved in the BOMA/Oakland-East Bay Governance and Finance Workgroup. He served a two-year term as president of BOMA/Oakland-East Bay from 2014 through 2015.

Sandrena Robinson is a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. As a general manager with LBA Realty, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s property management services for a mixed-use, Class A project. She is a past president of BOMA/Denver Metro and was recognized with the BOMA local association’s Principal Member of the Year Award in 2015. Robinson currently serves as chair for the BOMAPAC Council and recently served as vice chair of BOMA International’s Government Affairs Committee. She previously served as chair of BOMA International’s State Government Affairs Committee for two years. This is her second term on BOMA International’s Executive Committee.

Bob Six has more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, 18 of which he has spent with Zeller Realty Group (ZRG). As principal and the chief operating officer, Six oversees the management and administration for all ZRG entities and properties. Six previously served as president of BOMA/Chicago, where he remains an active member, and serves as an advisor to the current Board of Directors. He is the current vice president of the BOMA North Central Region and has been involved in several BOMA International committees, including the Finance Committee, Government Affairs Committee and Industry Defense Fund Oversight Committee.

With more than 20 years of industrial property management experience, Luci Smith serves as general manager for CBRE. Under her leadership as co-chair and later chair, BOMA International’s Industrial Committee significantly expanded offerings for BOMA members working in the industrial sector. She currently serves as a member of the BOMA 360 Performance Program Council and is on BOMA International’s Finance Committee and Audit Committee. Smith also is a past president of both BOMA/Orlando and the BOMA Southern Region. This is her second term on BOMA International’s Executive Committee.

Keri Taylor, sales director for Commercial Real Estate for Trane, has been an active BOMA member since 2010. A former chair of the National Associate Membership Committee, Taylor also has served as the Allied chair for BOMA/Indianapolis for the last two years. She also serves as the primary delegate for Trane’s Cornerstone Partnership with BOMA International, as well as the co-chair of the Cornerstone Partners Group. This is her second term as an associate member on BOMA International’s Executive Committee.
