BOMA International Elects 2018-2020 Executive Committee Members

(WASHINGTON, D.C.—July 11, 2018) The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International elected seven Executive Committee members at the 2018 BOMA International Conference & Expo in San Antonio in late June.  This year, BOMA International added a new seat dedicated to an Emerging Professional representative to its Executive Committee membership.

BOMA International’s Executive Committee is responsible for developing the strategic direction and policies for the association. Executive Committee members work with BOMA International officers and executive staff to maximize the effectiveness of BOMA International, while ensuring resources are available to achieve its goals. Executive Committee members serve a minimum term of two years.

The Board of Governors of BOMA International elected the following individuals to the Executive Committee:

  • Mason T. Bodie, RPA, Property Manager for Stream Realty Partners, BOMA/Dallas (Emerging Professional Member)
  • Cynthia Brown, Real Estate Manager at CBRE, BOMA/Indianapolis
  • Randal Froebelius, P.Eng., President and General Manager at Equity ICI Real Estate Services Inc., BOMA/Toronto (Second term)
  • Mark S. Kelly, President of Able Services, BOMA/San Francisco (Associate Member)
  • Richard H. Kenwood, BOMA Fellow, CRX, CPM, CSM, RPA, FMA, General Manager at Madison Marquette, BOMA/Philadelphia (Second term)
  • William F. Moebius, BOMA Fellow, CPM, CCIM, LEED AP, RPA, Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Property Management and Director of Sustainability for Peloton Commercial Real Estate, BOMA/Dallas (Second term)
  • Missy Quinn, RPA, LEED GA, Senior Managing Director of Asset Services for Cushman & Wakefield, BOMA/Philadelphia

Mason Bodie, a property manager with Stream Realty Partners in Dallas, oversees the management of more than half a million square feet of commercial office space. An active member of BOMA/Dallas, Bodie serves on the local association’s Government Affairs and Young Professionals Committees. He also served as the first chair of BOMA International’s Emerging Professionals Committee. Last year, Bodie was awarded one of the inaugural J. Michael Coleman Scholarships by the BOMA Foundation to attend the 2017 BOMA International Conference & Expo.

As real estate manager for CBRE, Cynthia Brown manages a 4.5-million-square-foot portfolio consisting of office, medical, industrial and retail space located in Indianapolis and surrounding markets. One of the buildings she managed achieved the BOMA 360 Performance Program® designation in 2016. Brown is actively involved in BOMA/Indianapolis, and she also is a member of BOMA International’s Emerging Professionals Committee and Industrial Committee.

With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Randal Froebelius serves as the president and general manager of Equity ICI Real Estate Services, a property management firm based in Toronto. Prior to founding Equity ICI, Froebelius led property operations for the Kolter Property Company, where he was responsible for a large commercial office real estate portfolio in Toronto and Dallas. He previously served as chair of both BOMA Canada and BOMA/Toronto. Froebelius currently is chair of the BOMA International Standard Methods of Floor Measurement Committee and vice chair of the International Council. This is his second term on BOMA International’s Executive Committee.

Mark Kelly has nearly 30 years of experience in the commercial building industry. As president of Able Services, Kelly supports all company operational, customer service and technical resource teams throughout the United States. Kelly currently serves as a board member for BOMA/San Francisco and for the Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow’s Employees (CREATE). He also serves as the primary delegate for Able Services’ Ambassador Partnership with BOMA International.

Richard Kenwood has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, and he currently serves as general manager for Madison Marquette. In this role, he is responsible for managing Madison Marquette’s New Jersey and Philadelphia high street portfolios. He previously served as chair of BOMA/Philadelphia, and he also has been involved in a number of BOMA International committees, including the Audit Committee, which he currently chairs. This is his second term on BOMA International’s Executive Committee.

As the senior vice president and regional director of Property Management for Peloton Commercial Real Estate, Bill Moebius oversees more than ten million square feet of primarily office space. Moebius also serves as the director of Sustainability, and he works across the Peloton platform to drive sustainable best practices. Moebius is a former president of both BOMA/Dallas and the BOMA Southwest Region, and he served on the Texas BOMA Board of Directors for six years. He is a former chair of both BOMA International’s Energy and Environment Committee and Building Codes and Voluntary Standards Committee. This is his second term on BOMA International’s Executive Committee.

Missy Quinn has nearly 30 years of industry experience. As the senior managing director of Asset Services for Cushman & Wakefield in Philadelphia, she directs the management and operation of a portfolio of approximately 26 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. Quinn is an active member of BOMA/Philadelphia, where she has served as secretary, treasurer, vice chair and chair. She also is a member of BOMA International’s State Government Affairs Committee.
