BOMA 360 WALL PLAQUE

Plaques may be purchased by designated buildings through our selected vendor, The Award Group. Plan to display it front and center in a highly visible location in your lobby to maximize your exposure and get people talking. Take a look at a sample plaque. Please note: plaque dimensions are approximately 14” tall x 12” wide x 2” thick. Want to purchase additional plaques for your owner, key staff members and others you want to recognize? Contact Charity Concepcion at The Award Group to order additional plaques.

DECALS AND GRAPHICS

Clearly promote your BOMA 360 designation inside or outside your building with decals for glass door, windows, walls and even floors. Take a look at a sample decal. Use your own sign maker or order your decals through your local FastSigns or FedEx Office.

ELEVATOR FLYERS

Take advantage of your captive audience by posting flyers in your elevators to announce that your building has achieved the BOMA 360 designation.

SPECIAL EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS

Share the love! Invite your tenants, owners and the local business and real estate press to celebrate your building’s exciting new BOMA 360 designation and highlight that providing the best building management possible for your tenants is a high-priority. Including them in the celebration sends a powerful message that it IS all about them.

A few ideas for a plaque unveiling event include...

    • Set up a continental breakfast, lunch, or reception in the building lobby (or other appropriate location in the building) for your tenants, building personnel and others. Plan to “unveil” the BOMA 360 plaque. Provide an opportunity for the building manager to say a few words.
    • Cupcakes and cake-cutting—order a cake with the BOMA 360 logo for the official cutting, or offer a variety of cupcakes from a popular cupcakery. Everyone loves cupcakes and they are all the rage right now. Consider offering gluten-free and vegan options to show your tenants how much you care about them and their unique needs.
    • Let the time of year dictate the theme...if it’s hot outside, how about an ice cream social, lemonade and iced tea, or snow cone/shaved ice stand? Fall and winter...hot apple cider or hot chocolate make sense.
    • Almost everyone loves chocolate...why not have a chocolate display complete with a chocolate fountain and cubes of cakes and fruit for a little fondue type fun?
    • Go with a “healthy” theme: fruit and veggies platters or even smoothies. This will tie in nicely with your building being in tip-top shape!

Use your imagination...the possibilities for a memorable event are endless!

Invite your tenants with eye-catching invitations: Be sure to promote the celebration in all tenant communications and put up elevator signs with date, time and treats that will be there. Tenant appreciation events are (well) appreciated.

Invite your owners: Send personalized letters and emails and tell them that it would be an honor to have them to be present at this important ceremony.

Invite the local CRE and business press: Send an email invite to members of the working press for your community.
