If you are located in the United States and own, manage, plan, develop, market or lease commercial property or provide products and services to the industry in a particular local or regional market, join through one of BOMA's 87 Federated BOMA local associations . If you are located in a market without a federated BOMA local association, you can join BOMA International directly as a Member-at-Large . If your firm is located in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Finland, Greece, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, Panama, Russia, South Africa or the United Kingdom, join BOMA through its International Affiliates located in those respective countries. Member-at-Large (MAL) »

If you are a building owner, property manager, asset manager, corporate facility manager, leasing professional, medical office building professional, or other commercial real estate professional in a market without a federated BOMA local association, you can join BOMA International directly as a Member-At-Large . Click here for a membership application . Annual dues are $250.

National Associate Membership (NAM) »

To qualify for National Associate Membership you must be a manufacturer, supplier or distributor to the commercial real estate industry, conduct business on a regional or national basis, AND hold membership in at least one BOMA local association. National Advisory Council (NAC) »

BOMA International’s National Advisory Council (NAC) is an exclusive network of senior commercial real estate professionals. The NAC is focused on discussing the most pressing issues impacting companies with large regional, national, and international portfolios, while acting as a leadership sounding board for BOMA.
