September 2, 2010

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(WASHINGTON—September 2, 2010) Chemsearch, a leading provider of services and solutions for commercial buildings, has announced that it will join the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International’s Partnership Program as a Supporting Partner. As a Supporting Partner, Chemsearch pledges to support BOMA’s vital programs in advocacy, education, research and membership.

BOMA International´s Partnership Program, developed in 2004, allows companies to invest in their own success and viability, as well as that of the industry. With three levels of participation—Cornerstone Partner, Leadership Circle Partner and Supporting Partner—the program demonstrates the commitment of leading organizations to support BOMA International with the resources to advance its advocacy, education and research initiatives that benefit the entire commercial real estate industry.

“We’re very excited that Chemsearch has decided to participate in BOMA’s Partnership Program,” remarked BOMA International Chair Ray H. Mackey, Jr., RPA, CPM, CCIM, partner and chief operating officer, Stream Realty Partners, L.P. “Their support clearly demonstrates their dedication to BOMA members and the commercial real estate industry at large, and together we will continue to develop the programs and resources to help our industry thrive.”

“We look forward to working with BOMA over the next year,” added Joe O’Sullivan, executive vice president, Chemsearch North America. “BOMA sets the gold standard for property associations.  Our partnership allows us to play a key role with an organization deeply rooted in our core business segment.”
