(WASHINGTON—April 6, 2010) AlliedBarton, ChemSearch, Ingersoll Rand, Orkin and Trane have all recently pledged their support for the commercial real estate industry through their participation in the Partnership Program of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.

  • AlliedBarton, BOMA´s first Cornerstone Partner, has renewed its Cornerstone commitment for two years.
  • Trane has renewed their Cornerstone Partnership for three additional years.
  • Ingersoll Rand is one of the newest BOMA Partners, joining as a Cornerstone Partner for three years.
  • ChemSearch has signed on as a first–time Supporting Partner for one year.
  • Orkin has renewed their Supporting Partnership for one year.

BOMA International´s partnership program, developed in 2004, allows companies to invest in their own success and viability, as well as that of the industry. With three levels of participation—Cornerstone Partner, Leadership Circle Partner and Supporting Partner—the program demonstrates the commitment of leading organizations to support BOMA International with the resources to advance its advocacy, education and research initiatives that benefit the entire commercial real estate industry.

"We´re very excited that AlliedBarton, Trane, Ingersoll Rand, ChemSearch and Orkin have decided to further their relationship with BOMA through participation in the partnership program," remarked BOMA International Chair James A. Peck, RPA, FMA, senior director of asset services, CB Richard Ellis. "Their support clearly demonstrates their dedication to BOMA members and the commercial real estate industry at large, and together we will continue to develop the programs and resources to help our industry thrive."
