The groundbreaking program, which was developed by the BOMA Foundation in partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ENERGY STAR® program, offers cutting-edge energy savings solutions through a series of Web-assisted audio seminars.

Upcoming courses include How to Benchmark Energy Performance on August 3, and No- and Low-Cost Operational Adjustments to Improve Energy Performance on September 8, which presents best practices for operations and maintenance measures to improve the energy efficiency of commercial real estate without capital expenditures.
