Q:

How do I log in?

A:
Log in to the BOMA mail server and citrix server works the same way as when in the office.  Enter your user name and password to connect.
Q:

Why doesn't my password work?

A:
Passwords are case sensitive. Be sure you ares entering it exactly the way you enter it when in the office.
Q:

My password has expired.  Now what?

A:
You can change your password through Citrix.  When logging in to the Citrix server you will be prompted to change your password.  Remember that passwords must be at least five characters long and must never have been used by you before.
Q:

I need a file on my computer at the office.  Is there any way to retrieve it?

A:
Yes.  If your office computer is turned on then you can contact anyone on the IT Staff for assistance in accessing the file.  To speed the search process, please provide as much info as possible regarding the location of the file.
Q:

Can I send attachments in email?

A:
Yes.  Click the "Attachments" tab in the new message window to attach a file.  The same restrictions apply at home as at the office (no .exe, .bat, .pif etc).
