Click on the PLEASE CLICK
HERE TO BEGIN INSTALLATION link at the top of this page. |
| 4. Click Next on the first screen to start the installation
process. |
| 5. Be sure all other programs are closed, and click Next to
continue. |
| 6. Click Yes to accept the License Agreement. |
| 7. Click Next to accept the Default Destination Folder. |
| 8. Click Next to accept the Default Program Folder. |
| 9. Click Next to accept the Client Name. |
| 10. Be
sure “NO” is selected and click Next. |
| 11. Click “OK” acknowledging
that the ICA Client is installed. |
| 12. Double Click Citrix Program Neighborhood. |
| 13. Double Click Add ICA Connection |
| 14. Click Next to accept the default of Local Area Network. |
| 15. Type “BOMA” for
a description |
| 16. Keep “TCP/IP + HTTP” as
a network protocol. |
| 17. Be
sure “Server” is selected and type “winframe.boma.org” in
the text box. |
| 18. Click Next |
| 19. Click Next again, accepting the Default Encryption Level. |
| 20. Click Next without entering any logon information. |
21.
Click Next accepting the Default Window Color and Size.
(Note:
you may also change the size of the window if you prefer. Uncheck
the box beside “Default” and select the screen
size you prefer from the drop down list. 800x600 usually works
best) |
| 22. Click Next without entering any Application or Working
Directory. |
| 23. Click Finish to complete the setup. |
Instructions
for Logging On and Off the BOMA Citrix Server

| 1. Connect to the internet as you would normally. |
| 2. Double Click BOMA. |
| 3. Click OK to accept the BOMA International Technology Policy. |
| 4. Enter your username and password as you would normally,
and Click OK to begin logging on. |
| 5. The first time you logon may take a while because the server
is copying information about you to the hard drive. |
| 6. In the
ICA Client File Security box, select “Full
Access” and “Never ask me again for any application”,
then Click OK. |
| 7. You now have access to the S: drive and P: drives, as well
as iMIS. Please only use the Citrix desktop for access to files.
Do not work on files within the Citrix desktop. Please copy them
to your local machine and work on them there. Do not use the
Citrix desktop for email access, use the Web Access describe
in a separate document. |
| 8. Once finished, you may log off similarly to how you would
on your regular work computer. |
| 9. Click Start. |
| 10. Click Shutdown. |
| 11. Be
sure “Log off xxxxxxxx” is displayed in
the dropdown list. |
| 12. Click OK. |
| 13. It is
VERY important that you logoff this way ONLY. Please do NOT
click the “X” to close the window, this will
disable the Citrix server for everyone’s use. |
