About BOMA

The Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of the state of California. represents the interests of commercial real estate in California. The local associations of BOMA California offer education, networking and support to all levels of property management professionals, including Asset Managers, Property Managers, Facility Managers and those supplier and service organizations that support them. We are federated with BOMA International, providing you with a link to BOMAs in more than 100 cities in the U.S. and Canada, as well as Australia, Brazil, Finland, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Philippines and South Africa. Headquartered in Washington DC, BOMA International has a strong voice on Capitol Hill and is the only real estate trade association with a seat on most major code-making bodies. Membership in any of the local California associations includes membership in BOMA International at no additional cost. We also participate in an annual regional conference, and the annual BOMA International Convention and Office Building Trade Show.
