The BOMA 360 Ambassadors Program helps vendors and suppliers to the commercial real estate industry connect with customers by serving as a valuable resource to BOMA International and to BOMA 360 applicants and designees.

Who is eligible?

The BOMA 360 Ambassadors Program is open to vendors and suppliers to the commercial real estate industry. Ambassadors must be members of BOMA International, either as a local BOMA Member or a National Associate Member (NAM). An “Ambassador” is defined as a company, not an individual.

How do Ambassadors benefit?
The BOMA 360 Ambassadors Program provides a unique opportunity to

  • Connect your company’s name with the prestigious BOMA 360 Performance Program that recognizes buildings that are managed and operated to the highest standards of excellence.
  • Serve as a valuable resource to BOMA members and other customers and BOMA 360 designees.
  • Promote your company as a BOMA 360 Ambassador and supporter.
  • Provide case studies, tips, guidelines and templates for posting on the BOMA 360 Website.

How are Ambassadors recognized?
As a BOMA 360 Ambassador, you will also receive:

  • Your company name listed on the BOMA 360 Web site.
  • A special BOMA 360 Ambassador logo for you to use on your company’s Website, business cards, marketing materials.
  • Announcement of your company’s support in BOMA International’s e-News, press releases and other materials and at BOMA national events.
  • Listing on the BOMA 360 Ambassador Honor Roll with a link to your company Website after at least one BOMA 360 application is sourced back to your company.
  • Recognition throughout the BOMA national and local network.

How to apply:

Complete the BOMA 360 Ambassadors Application agreeing to the terms of participation, and return to BOMA International with full payment.

The BOMA 360 Performance Program of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International designates commercial buildings that satisfy criteria in certain areas of operations and management. The purpose of the designation is to promote standards of operational and management excellence in commercial properties, and to provide a valid and objective evaluation of these properties as a service to the public, namely tenants, and the industry. BOMA is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in the State of Illinois, with headquarters in Washington, DC, and which is also tax exempt under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. BOMA undertakes its activities in accordance with its nonprofit and tax exempt status and all applicable laws. The BOMA 360 Performance Program determinations are based on self-assessment information provided by applicant facilities and buildings. While there is no substantive review to verify the accuracy of all applications, BOMA reviews the applications for completeness and a certain percentage on a random basis are subject to further investigation.
Therefore, BOMA makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy of any information provided or implied, and does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the office or other space, functionality, safety, products, or services of any facility, building, firm, or person. Designation by BOMA indicates that a building has met the specific requirements of the designation process, but is not a guarantee of any aspect of a particular facility or building. BOMA does not assume any duty to the public with respect to any facility or building. Reliance on the designation with respect to any facility or building should be undertaken only after an independent review of all relevant factors by the tenant or any other person, firm, or organization. BOMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, CLAIM, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND SHALL FURTHER NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND EXPENSES).
The names and marks BUILDING OWNERS AND MANAGERS ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL, BOMA, and 360 PERFORMANCE are the proprietary intellectual property of BOMA and may not be used in any manner without prior written authorization from BOMA.
