Each quarter, an increasing number of property management firms are seeing the value of having the BOMA 360 stamp of excellence, as it enhances the ability to compete for tenants and demonstrate that assets are being properly managed.  Over 1350 BOMA 360 designations have been awarded since 2009!

Buildings that earn the prestigious 360 designation consistently outperform other properties. According to new analysis by Kingsley Associates, buildings that have earned the BOMA 360 Performance Program® designation have higher tenant satisfaction scores in 53 out of 57 rating areas as compared to commercial office buildings without the BOMA 360 designation.  CoStar analysis also showed that 360-designated buildings rank higher in tenant retention and command high rental rates than other commercial buildings. What’s more, data from BOMA International’s Office Experience Exchange Report demonstrates that even LEED-certified buildings are more profitable when they also have the BOMA 360 designation, averaging $1.73 per square foot more in total rental income than buildings that only have LEED.
