360 HEader Image.PNG The BOMA 360 Performance Program® sets the standard worldwide for operational best practices in the commercial real estate industry. For building owners and managers who want to help their properties stand out from the crowd, there is no clearer mark of excellence than achieving the BOMA 360 designation.

Earning the prestigious BOMA 360 label demonstrates that a building is outperforming the competition across all areas of operations and management. It also translates into measurable savings and operational efficiencies, as well as higher levels of tenant satisfaction. In fact, according to an independent study conducted by Kingsley Associates, BOMA 360 buildings consistently outperform other properties without the designation in all 54 quantitative rating areas of tenant satisfaction tracked in the Kingsley Index, including value for rent paid, property management, maintenance and building amenities. And satisfied tenants yield greater profitability—according to an analysis conducted by CoStar, buildings with the BOMA 360 designation also command higher rental rates and have higher tenant retention rates than similar buildings without the designation.

As the BOMA 360 program continues to expand around the globe, more and more properties are reaping the substantial benefits and significant return on investment that the designation offers, an unmistakable edge in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Does your building have what it takes to earn the BOMA 360 designation?

With almost 30 years in commercial real estate, Regional Manager Dan Cote of Piedmont Office Realty Trust certainly knows his way around the business. Over the span of his career, he’s discovered that there’s no better mechanism for gaining a crucial advantage than by following the best practices laid out in the BOMA 360 Performance Program and achieving the designation for his portfolio.
