Carlos Santamaria serves as Glenborough´s Director of Engineering, a position he has held since November 2004. He is responsible for implementing cost containment measures while providing technical assistance for all of Glenborough´s assets nationwide. Currently, Mr. Santamaria directs the company Green Building Program while strategically positioning Glenborough as a Leader in environmental stewardship. He has worked in commercial real estate concentrating on major capital projects and engineering operations for over 25 million square feet of office space. This has included new development, renovations and existing buildings.
