U.S. Federated Membership
If you are located in the United States and own, manage, plan, develop, market or lease commercial property or provide products and services to the industry in a particular local or regional market, join through one of BOMA's 93 Federated BOMA Local Associations. Membership dues vary with each local association.
Member-At-Large Membership (MAL)
If you are a building owner, property manager, asset manager, corporate facility manager, leasing professional, medical office building professional, or other commercial real estate professional in a market without a federated BOMA Local Association, you can join BOMA International directly as a Member-At-Large. National Associate Membership (NAM)
To qualify for National Associate Membership you must be a manufacturer, supplier or distributor to the commercial real estate industry, conduct business on a regional or national basis, AND hold membership in at least one BOMA local association. Council members are drawn from the nations' largest companies that develop, own or manage commercial office space and have a membership in at least one BOMA Local Association. The members come together twice a year to discuss key legislative and regulatory concerns. An opportunity is provided to meet with members of Congress and federal officials, and to share perspective and policy recommendations from the office building industry.
Regional Owners' Council (ROC)
Composed soley of regional or single market commercial real estate professionals who either own a company or building(s), or hold an equity position in such a business. The ROC meets four times a year via BOMA International's meetings and stand-alone conferences. Members have access to a special ROC listserv and ROC only area on BOMA's website and can utilize staff support in locating marketplace research, business information, and industry contacts.
International Membership
If your firm is located in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Finland, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, Russia, South Africa or the United Kingdom, join BOMA through its International Affiliates located in those respective countries. Interested professionals from other nations may join directly as a Member-At-Large.
