You are eligible to join the premier network of over 16,000 commercial real estate professionals, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), if you are a:
- Building Owner
- Property Manager
- Asset Manager
- Corporate facility manager
- Government office building manager
- Industrial building manager
- Leasing professional
- Medical office building professional
- Other commercial real estate professional
- Commercial real estate product or service provider
Membership Types
Membership is available through 92 federated local associations throughout the United States.
Contact the local association in your area to join.
Commercial real estate professionals located in an area not serviced by a federated local association may apply directly to BOMA International for membership as a Member-At-Large or through one of BOMA's 12 International affiliates.
If you are a product or service provider to the commercial real estate industry, hold at least one membership in one of BOMA's federation of local associations and conduct business on a regional or national basis, you may apply directly to BOMA International for membership as a National Associate Member.
