How are we organized?
BOMA Tri-Cities is governed by a Board of Directors elected by its members and functions through a strong and active system of committees. Members of BOMA are encouraged to seek leadership offices and to participate in all of our business, educational and social activities.
We are federated with The Building Owners and Managers Association International and The BOMA Institute, which are located in Washington, D.C., and Arnold, Maryland, respectively.
Working together, our members form a respected network and valued resource for information, communication and legislative advocacy, as well as education, training and research.
Our local Tri-Cities Chapter was formed in January of 2002. We are very excited to be on the ground floor of this important organization. Our Tri-City Chapter Board of Directors includes Property managers, Real Estate owners, Facility managers, suppliers and vendors. We have board members representing the private sector as well as Hanford Contractors and GSA.
