BOMA International Annual Conference & Expo
All programs at the BOMA International Annual Conference & Expo qualify for CMCP, RPA, FMA, SMA, SMT, CPM, CCM and ARM renewal and continuing professional development credits. Some sessions also qualify for the continuing education credits required for real estate license renewal in states that allow self-submission. You must scan your conference badge at the end of each session to receive a completion certificate.
Some sessions at the BOMA International Annual Conference & Expo qualify for GBCI Continuing Education hours for LEED credential maintenance.

BOMA 2017 for Office Buildings Seminar
As office buildings continue to evolve with complex architectural designs along with the growing tenant demands for amenity-rich building features, the BOMA 2017 Office Standard addresses the changing office building landscape. This 3-hour course focuses on what property managers and brokers need to know about floor measurements and how accurate measurements increase asset value. BOMA International’s webinars qualify for continuing professional development credits for the renewal of industry designations including CMCP, RPA, FMA, CPM, CCM, ARM and SMA/SMT. All registrants receive an e-mail with instructions on how to obtain a certificate of completion, which you can then submit for credit.
BEEP® (BOMA Energy Efficiency Program)
