- Cut electric heat off in stages for both central and terminal (VAV).
- Stop hot water circulating pumps.
- Shut down chillers & related pumps.
- Shut building supply and return fans.
- Stop heat pumps.
- Shut down non-essential escalators.
- Shut down non-essential restaurant cooking equipment.
