BOMA International has combined its energy and environment committees in an effort to effectively share information on energy and environmental issues; to capture the importance of energy as a means to environmental stewardship; and to meet the challenge of “greening” America’s office buildings. Co-Chaired by John Scott (BOMA Miami) and Louis Mantia (BOMA New York) and Vice Chaired by Craig Sheehy (BOMA Sacramento), the committee will focus on green buildings, mold and indoor air quality, Brownfields, Endangered Species Act, energy conservation, transitioning to a competitive energy marketplace, PUC issues, and other energy and environmental issues relevant to the real estate community.
