(Washington, D.C. —August 1, 2007) The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International elected five new executive committee members at its North American Commercial Real Estate Congress® and The Office Building Show held July 21-24 in New York City.
The BOMA International Executive Committee is responsible for developing the strategic directions and policies for the association. Executive Committee members work with BOMA International officers and executive staff to maximize the effectiveness of BOMA International, while ensuring resources are available to achieve its goals. Executive committee members serve a minimum term of two years.
The Board of Governors of BOMA International has elected the following individuals to the Executive Committee:
- Patrick D. Clark, RPA, CCIM, director of customer operations, U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), BOMA/Seattle-King County.
- Rebecca B. Hanner, CPM, vice president, Colliers Pinkard, BOMA/Raleigh-Durham.
- R. Scott Kuklish, senior vice president, director-pacific region, PM Realty Group, BOMA/Hawaii.
- Perry Schonfeld, CPA, principal, LBA Realty LLC, BOMA/Orange County.
- Lisa Vogel, vice president, RREEF, BOMA/San Francisco.
In his role as director of customer operations with GSA, Clark provides strategic leadership direction for real estate and property management offices in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. He has participated on BOMA/Seattle’s Membership Services and Education Committee since 2005 and was instrumental in developing the asset management educational track for BOMA’s 2007 Convention.
Hanner has been vice president of property management with Colliers Pinkard since 2005, where she is responsible for the property management of 4.5 million square feet in the Raleigh region. She has served BOMA/Raleigh-Durham as president and as a member of the board of directors. On the international level, she has served as a member of the Medical Building and Healthcare Facilities Special Interest Group and on the Industrial Buildings/Development Special Interest Group.
Kuklish directs the real estate operations for PM Realty Group within the Pacific Region. He has been involved with BOMA on the local and international level for 17 years. He has served as a speaker and sponsor for several BOMA/Hawaii events, including Asset Management in Hawaii and The Property Manager of the Future. He is a past chairman of BOMA International’s Medical Office Building Special Interest Group and a past president of BOMA/Sacramento.
Schonfeld serves as a - principal with LBA Realty LLC with a total portfolio of 22 million square feet. He is a member of BOMA International’s National Advisory Committee and served on the Asset Management Committee. On the local level, he is a member and former chair of the BOMA/Orange County Advisory Board, a past president of BOMA/Orange County, and a former member of the BOMA/Orange County Board of Directors. In addition, Schonfeld currently serves on the Advisory Board of BOMA/San Diego and as a Board member of BOMA/Greater Los Angeles.
As vice president at RREEF, Vogel is responsible for oversight of 7 institutional commercial office buildings in San Francisco. With her election, Vogel begins her second consecutive term as an Executive Committee member. She is a past president of BOMA/San Francisco and is on the Advisor Board of Directors for the Make A Wish Foundation of the Greater Bay Area.
The BOMA International Executive Committee is made up of 17 members, including current BOMA International officers.
