Ray H. Mackey, Jr.
Vice Chair
Ray Mackey is Chief Operating Officer and Partner for Stream Realty Partners, L.P. where his responsibilities include Business Development, Human Resources, Technology, Sustainable Operations, Accounting and Finance, Risk Management, and Partnership Administration. Stream is a full-service real estate investment, development and services company providing leasing and management services to over 45 million square feet of commercial buildings in all major Texas markets. Mackey has over twenty years of property and facilities management experience on suburban and high-rise office buildings, as well as government facilities and technology buildings. Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners in 1999, Ray was employed as a Senior Manager with Trammell Crow Company for ten years and served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force.
Mackey is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and holds a Texas Real Estate Sales License. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International and is a former President of Dallas BOMA, President of Texas BOMA, and a member of the Board of Trustees for the BOMI Institute. He has obtained the RPA, CPM, and CCIM designations and has served as an adjunct professor for real estate courses at North Lake College and a member of the national faculty for the BOMI Institute.
