Joseph Markling served three years as Chairman of the Board of BOMA / Greater Los Angeles. Prior to his terms as Chairman, he served on the Executive Board and led the Government Affairs Committee. He is also involved with BOMA/California and a Board Member of the California Business Properties Association. Prior to becoming Vice Chair, he served a two year term on BOMA International’s Executive Committee.
As Managing Director with CBRE, Inc.’s / Strategic Accounts Group, he oversees the RREEF Account, the largest Strategic Account within CBRE, Inc., encompassing nearly 75 million square feet of Office and Industrial Property located nationwide. He has held senior positions at CBRE Investors and Lowe Enterprises Investors over his more than 30 years in commercial real estate.
